Services
Provided
Goodtime Entertainments is a world wide broker of event
tickets. We specialise in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events.
Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats to
almost any event in any city. Due to the efforts and costs involved, all
seats are sold at above face value.
A Confirmation
email will be issued upon placing your order. If you do not receive a
confirmation email, do not assume your order has not gone through and
phone our main office line to let us know. We will not be held liable
for any internet connection errors experienced while making an online
booking. It is your responsibility to contact our offices to verify your
online booking should you not receive an Order Confirmation Email.
We reserve the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the
client and sometimes with ticket downgrades you may be liable to a partial
refund of the Market Value of the ticket(s) which will be in accordance
and the discretion of the management.
Please expect your tickets 5-7 days before the event date. Tickets may
arrive later then the specified time and in rare circumstances may be
set for Venue Collection. If you haven't received the tickets 48 hours
before the event date, please call our main office or email sales@goodtimeentertainments.co.uk
Policies
Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable
availability. Due to the nature of the business, delivery of the tickets
may be as late as the day of the event.
Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed togeather, neither can rows
or sections.
Cancellations
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations
of orders. Upon request we will agree to place your order on a "
Try to sell " basis.
Weather
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from
the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such
circumstances are beyond the control of Goodtime Entertainments and accordingly
no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss or enjoyment
caused by weather conditions will be made by Goodtime Entertainments
Liability
The Company acts as the Customers agent in making
contracts with third parties for any road, rail, sea or air carriage,
hotel accomodation, restaurant booking and other services not provided
by the Company. The Company shall incur no liability whatsoever and the
Customer shall indemnify the Company against any claim in connection with
or arising from such contracts however such claim or liability or claim
shall arise.
Transportation
Goodtime Entertainments shall not
be held responsible for damages, delays,
cancellation or unavailability of public or private transportation caused
by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of
state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence
of any other event beyond the control of Goodtime
Entertainments
Refunds
If your first choice of tickets is not
available, Goodtime Entertainments
reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade ( partial refund ) the order
to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund.
All prices are quoted in sterling. All deposits are non - refundable.
Conditions
of Sale
- Please
check tickets as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
- No
money refunded or tickets exchanged in the event of the show being cancelled,
in which case only the face value can be refunded.
- All
tickets sold at booking fee, however, in some cases tickets are available
for sold - out events. Subsequently we usually have to pay premiums
which will be reflected in the price.
